I can from Italy and i love food. The problem is that people outside Italy has sometimes no idea how to cook italina food perfectly and make sure to be happy in the kitchen.
For years i have seen things people should never see. So, i have to do something, both to save italian food and also to teach people to respect and take everything out of something so special like pasta, mozzarella or olive oil.
